At Funnyte, we value your satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

📌 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2-3 hours of being placed, before processing begins.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing, packaging, or shipping has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

🔄 Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. Since our shirts are made-to-order, we only accept returns and refunds if the issue is due to our fault.

Refunds or replacements will be granted in cases of:

✅ Damaged items upon arrival

✅ Wrong item received

✅ Wrong size received

✅ Non-delivery (If your package hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, excluding 2-5 days processing time, you may request a refund or reshipment)

🚫 We are NOT responsible for refunds if:

❌ You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
❌ Your package was delayed due to customs or natural disasters
❌ Other exceptional circumstances beyond our control
